The [[bulge]] on the outside caused by the fetus of a [[pregnant]] character moving around. Most commonly occurs in a pregnant [[belly]], but can occur wherever the pregnancy is, such as the [[breast]] ([[breast_pregnancy]]), or the [[testicles]] ([[testicle_pregnancy]]).
