It is called a ftm_transformation (female to male transformation) when an originally female character suffers a transformation by any cause and becomes a male, typically causing breasts_shrinking and penis_growth, the transformation has to be showed or suffered by a character known for being female for this tag to apply. it is important for the breasts to disappear or else the tag futanari would be the one to use, it is also important for a penis to grow at the same time, or else the tag breasts_shrinking would be the only one to apply.
