The aftermath of rape. The subject who was raped should look distraught or otherwise it should be clear that they were thoroughly forced or unwilling.
Try not to confuse this with imminent_rape, which may look similar to this in small thumbnails.
This and rape contextually shouldn't occur at the same time, but it's possible in a comic where rape is occurring in one panel, then the next panel has the aftermath or when multiple characters are involved in the rape.
